You can’t talk to a TikTok Support rep by phone since there is no dedicated TikTok customer service number. But the company technical support team can be reached through @TikTok on Twitter. The option is available Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm PST.

The TikTok customer service chats on Twitter reveal that the company provides rapid responses to critical issues. Make sure to provide a complete description of the issue. Unfortunately, you can’t send a direct message to TikTok Support on Facebook, but you could get a response by commenting on their posts.

If you are facing a problem related to your account, you may try to get help by filling out the TikTok feedback form. You can browse it from the TikTok contacts page. Please fill in the fields of the feedback form at greater length. Some personal information including your email address and TikTok username is required.

You may even upload up to 10 screenshots if it’s necessary to share them with the company customer care representative. Before submitting you should confirm that all data are accurate and true. TikTok customer service will get back to you via the email you stated in the form.

You may also report a problem via the TikTok app. The option is accessible through your profile. Go to the Settings and Privacy, tap Security, and choose Report a problem.
